I really didn’t want review this figure today. I wanted to keep reviewing figures that I like, but I quickly realized if I didn’t start slotting in some of the 30th Anniversary Collection misses that we’d have a traffic killing run of boring figures towards the end. So without further delay, here’s 2007’s unfortunate Death Star Trooper.
Facebook reader Stephane D. messaged us to say that Rebels figures were found in Austria. While the United States continues to wait for the first sighting, it’s good to see that some areas are getting these. Click through for the full sized image.
Update: I had a true Dumb & Dumber moment when I originally posted this. I wrote Australia when I should have written Austria. Put another shrimp on the barbie!
This one isn’t quite as good as our last report, but apparently Dre’s Walmart store is contagious because this is what I spotted at a local Walmart. Hit the read more link for the details.
This figure might be the sum of all fears original Original Trilogy purists. I questioned the merits of reviewing Elis Helrot and M’iiyoom Onith back to back, but I finally decided we should binge review the two figures with the most impressive accessories in the 30th Anniversary Collection. If you thought the accessory with Elis Helrot was impressive, you will think the exact same thing with M’iiyoom Onith.
While it appears that the Rebels figures are getting pushed out further and further, there is a little reason to celebrate in the northeast. We’ve finally received our first Massachusetts store report about the Rebels vehicles hitting. Sadly, I did not get there in time. Click through for the full sized image.
Our own Darth Dre was fortunate enough to see the Walmart special Rebels endcap set up in his store. Not only was it set up, but it’s stocked with figures! The only problem is…well…you’ll see.
